Modelmotorracing.com is based in Somerset, UK. Established in 2005, we provide a challenging 12m two-to-three lane Scalextric Digital (SSD) circuit for hire as a mobile unit for use at your own special event. There is also a digital racing club where SSD enthusiasts bring along their own cars and race in championship competition.

We also have a Scalextric Digital specialist on-line store where you can buy all the equipment you need to run your own SSD races, and if you have any questions about Scalextric Digital or the Cheddar Circuit, and partcularly if you are looking for our popular troubleshooting guide, hop over to the discussion forum.

• All sessions are controlled and managed by experienced Track Marshals, to ensure fair play.
• We also have comprehensive computer-based lap timing facilities which will enable us to see fastest laps and your distance-to-leader gap.
• If you have never tried slot car racing before, give it a whirl, you'll enjoy it even if you just pootle round at the back of the field - and you could get a lucky win if the others all crash!
• Ladies are said to prefer digital slot car racing to the "stay in the same lane" style of racing because it requires more strategic thinking and cunning tactical driving - try it and see if what they say is true!

Our public racing facility in Cheddar closed at the end of 2007.
